Lydia Martine Tambulwa is a managing partner of the firm, an advocate of

Ms Lydia Martine Tambulwa is a head of corporate and business.
Her experience and exposure has made her an extra ordinary expert in
property management, business consultancy, land law, real estate, banking and finance law, conveyancing, mortgages.
Ms Lydia is also an expert in drafting all phases of commercial loan documentations including loan facility agreement, mortgages, debentures,
assignments, guarantees and indemnities as well as sharing agreements.

Lina is an Associate partner and head of litigation department at LEED & ASSOCIATES. In this capacity, her competency and experience in legal practice has involved her in several of major litigations both in civil and criminal practice. Her specializations include commercial law, labour and employment disputes. She brings to the team not only litigation skills but also negations and arbitration skills.

Kezia works as a secretary at LEED & ASSOCIATES. She facilitates the firm’s business communication that impacts the growth, enhances competition and creates a path towards achieving the core objectives and goals of LEED & ASSOCIATES.

Judith is working as a legal officer at LEED & ASSOCIATES. Her background in legal formation especially on judicial administration makes her exceptionally potential on ide firm management and coordination.

Mary is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and the Courts surbodinate to, save for the primary Court. She has broad experience and is extensively involved in the transactional legal services of the firm, particularly Project Finance, Banking, Civil and Criminal Legal services.
Legal Officer
Juma Dyamwale, is a senior Legal Officer with unprecedented amount of experience in the legal practice and hold an LLB.degree and soon to be swom in as an Advocate of high Court having dully completed his Legal studies for the post graduate Diploma in Legal practice. Juma has significant expertise in real estate, mining and Taxation. He advises clients on these matters. He brings to the team special investment knowledge and the cadre to deal in all matters relating to the Tanzania Investment Centre.

Joseph has significant expertise in the follow up and implementation of very case strategy or task adopted by the team. He is regularly very key in the initial research tasks, filing and follow ups of documents in courts, governments agencies, Tribunals and the various Commission, He is however very knowledgeable in all matters relating to the force and all the various force and has ben key in all instances where our clients encounter a problem with such government forces.

Paul Bomani is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto save for the Primary Courts. Paul is a Senior Associate and specializes in employment and labor laws, litigation, corporate law, banking, trusts, and wealth management. Throughout the years he has advised clients on various matters including probate, commercial transactions, joint ventures, insurance law, investment services, and Arbitration. He has acted for various local and multinational entities in numerous transactions and high-level litigation.
Senior Associate
Dr. Neema Bhoke Mwita is the Associate Dean-Finance & Administration and Lecturer, School of Law, SAUT. She joined the Faculty of Law at SAUT in 2010 as a Tutorial Assistant after her LL.B at Ruaha University College, now Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU). She went on to acquire her LL.M in Economic Law and her Ph.D respectively at SAUT in Mwanza.
Dr. Mwita also serves as the International Moot court competition Coordinator, Legal Consultant at IUCN and the Board of Directors, Light House (EA) Legal Aid Clinic. She has also published several papers, participated and presented in various regional and international seminars, workshops, and conferences.
In addition to her admnistrative role dr. Mwita teaches Family Law, Capital Markets and Securities Law, International Organizations, Regional Integration Law and Moot Court Practice.
Dr. Mwita loves to coach, supervise, and train her students in advocacy, research skills, and publications. She speaks fluent English and Swahili, is passionate about providing legal aid to society.
